Muay Thai Kickboxing
Program Benefits, Skills, and Purpose
At Dragonfly Mixed Martial Arts, our Muay Thai program offers a complete curriculum including all of aspects of genuine Muay Thai. This curriculum teaches proper elbow and knee strikes as well as the basics of kicks, punches, stance, footwork.
Upon becoming an owner(member), every student gets a 'Kickstart package' consisting of a School handbook, DVD, Hand wraps, Shorts and a T-Shirt.
